Marta is a former Wilhelmina Model, NPC Bikini Fitness Competitor, and pageant competitor. Throughout her 7 years in the modeling, beauty and fitness industries, Marta noticed the toll taken on her own self-esteem and the distorted perception of beauty she developed. With the experiences that came out of her hard work that both New York and LA encouraged, Marta has an unwavering drive to make a difference for those struggling with body image issues to work on goals outside of their appearance and create a safe space to revive their self esteem by teaching the power of goal setting, visualization, and a balanced fitness and diet lifestyle.
