Mental Health.

Our mental health affects how we handle stress, relate to others, make decisions, and influences the way we value ourselves.

Our workshops educate members on healthy practices, mindfulness and meditation, daily rituals, habit forming, and positive self-talk.

Physical Health.

Good physical health boosts energy levels, aids stress management and promotes a positive attitude and outlook. With good physical health comes an improved self-image and self confidence.

Our members participate in group fitness and wellness activities to promote ongoing physical health.
